The process starts with a complete understanding of each individual’s instinctive MO. The tool we use to delve into this type of People Power is the Kolbe A™ assessment. This is the only tool that assesses striving instincts and how people naturally take action.
Your Certified Kolbe Specialist may conduct a dynamic workshop to provide an interactive way to explore the workings of specific teams within your company. These Team Success Seminars™ use the Kolbe A™ Indexes of the team to identify each team member’s instinctive strengths and stresses, explore how team members’ strengths play off one another and assess strategies for team success. We will identify causes of conflict and prescribe ways to use those differences to create synergy within the team.
The process continues with Individual Interpretations and consultations to integrate all three aspects of each individual’s potential; the Cognitive (their knowledge, skills and aptitude) the Affective (their motivation, attitude and values) and Conative (their striving instincts and modes of taking action.)
Along the way we may also recommend further Kolbe A™ assessments to determine how the employee views their job requirements and how their supervisors view the requirements of the position.
