Dixie acts as coach, mentor, change agent and general trouble-shooter to many business leaders and teams. She has been helping clients identify and eliminate roadblocks to success for more years than she cares to admit and her signature "energy, synergy, harmony" combination shows in every engagement, whether she's facilitating a group brainstorming session or sitting down for a one-on-one coaching session.

 

Dixie goes by "Dixie Dynamite" on twitter because, as she says, "I gave up tilting at windmills in favor of demolishing roadblocks a long time ago." She devotes her personal energy to keeping the fires burning bright in business people across the world by using online tools to build connections and engage in dialogue.

 

She is a Certified Kolbe Specialist which means that she brings the power of understanding your individual striving instincts and Kolbe Action Modes^TM to your coaching work with her. She has also developed, with the support of author Bob Burg, coaching programs based on his best selling book with John David Mann, The Go-Giver.

 

A love of synergy and a passionate belief in the power of business to change the world and the power of the group to change business drives Dixie's enthusiasm for being a leader in a networking organization such as Yellow-Tie, where she volunteers as President of the Yellow-Tie International Board of Directors.

As founder of the Dandelion Center and a creative life coach, Rachel uses the creative arts to inspire personal growth, interpersonal understanding, and social change. As an artist, Rachel's creative work is with metal, creating jewelry and art that evokes possibility, change and a sense of personal limitlessness. As a coach her creative work is with people, she empowers her clients to create the life they want by tuning in to who they really are.

 

Rachel's creative coaching programs are designed to help people attain self-awareness, unique expression, and clarity in life. Her dream is for everyone to live with more awareness, in the moment and truly experience life, rather than just think about it or dream about it. "We all get stuck in our heads, worrying or wishing or dreaming what could be, should be, or may be, we all just go through the motions at times. I coach people to get out of their head and into their life and show them their ability to create and live an original and expressive life."

 

Rachel became a part of Pure Synchrony at the invitation of founder, Dixie Gillaspie, after seven years of working with Dixie, first as an employee with a Pure Synchrony client then as a business coaching client and finally as Dixie's own life coach. Of her relationship with Dixie Rachel says, "I first considered a career in coaching while working with Dixie Gillaspie. Dixie hired me for my first job in St. Louis in 2003. It was here, while working alongside Dixie in team and business development that I began to understand and appreciate the dynamics of coaching. When I began coaching I turned to Dixie for help in developing my brand and my coaching practice and we soon realized that our philosophies and coaching methods were nearly identical. We began a coaching mentorship which has become a partnership in Pure Synchrony."
